Creto® Wood waterproofing solution prevents the penetration of water, oil and acid into wood. Creto® Wood releases the moisture bound in the wood and dries out the wood. Creto® Wood is used on new or old untreated wood.

2. Apply once to any type of wood using a brush, roller or sprayer.
3. Wood is dry to the touch after 24 hours and can therefore become weather-resistant. If wood is exposed to moisture within 24 hours, a second light application must be made. After the second application, wood should be checked for white residue every 2-3 hours for one day. These should be removed with a clean, damp cloth.
4. Wood will only become completely dry after more than 28 days. Complete protection against moisture is only achieved after more than 28 days.
5. Creto®-Wood can be used on sealed, stained or colored wood if the previous seal is older than 6 months. For an oil or petroleum-based sealant, using Creto®-Wood brings out the oils. If this happens within the first 24 hours, the wood must be treated with a high-pressure cleaner to remove the residue.
6. Water no longer penetrates, insect damage and the formation of fungi are also prevented.

3. Do not use on painted or varnished wood. Paint or varnish must be removed beforehand.

Spread or wipe off any residue that has not been absorbed after 15 minutes. 2 liters are sufficient for an area of approx. 6 square meters, depending on the density of the wood and the moisture present.
7. When sawing through treated wood, the resistance increases.
